Hard drive check (free space, reliability check, confirm defragmentation), remove unwanted programs, clean Windows (recycle bin, temporary files, cookies/cache), antivirus check, Windows update success check, critical driver updates (if needed), clean unused registry items, check for and repair corrupt Windows files. This service is recommended 1-2 times per year, depending on usage.

Program installation, troubleshooting, access issues and assistance with software setup and basic functionality. This also includes stubborn virus and malware removal.
NEW DEVICE SETUP-RELOCATE DEVICE
Unpacking, setting up a new device or moving an existing device per customer direction.
PRINTER SETUP/TROUBLESHOOTING
Unpacking, setting up a new printer, or relocating a printer. Cartridge replacement, double checking paper jams, and diagnosing trouble codes.
DATA MANAGEMENT
Copying or moving customer data from one location to another. Backing up data or OS on a customer provided external hard drive. Setting up a recovery drive. Assisting with setup of cloud services. There are many ways to back up your computer, and if your hard drive is full or starting to fail, we can get you backed up.
SERVICES ARE $50 PER HOUR, AND THE LENGTH OF TIME TO COMPLETE THESE SERVICES MAY VARY. AN ESTIMATE WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE ANY ACTUAL WORK IS DONE. TRAVEL IS POSSIBLE OUTSIDE OF OCALA FOR AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGE. AN ADULT NEEDS TO BE PRESENT IN THE HOME FOR THE ENTIRE VISIT, PREFERABLY THE COMPUTER USER.
